The Kiwanis Clubs of Pierce County (Divisions 30 and 34) hosted the 65th Annual Daffodil Festival Interclub Luncheon.

This Kiwanis Interclub is the first event following the coronation of the Queen.  It is always a delight to have the Queen and her Court of 24 Princesses at the Kiwanis Interclub Luncheon.

The Kiwanis Club of Tacoma serves as the host club.   It is marvelous to have had many Kiwanis Clubs represented and their members here to escort and support these impressive young women from their communities.  Other attending Kiwanis Clubs are from Bonney Lake, Buckley, Clover Park, Daffodil Valley, Edgewood/Fife/ Milton, Fircrest, Parkland/Spanaway, South Pierce County, Puyallup and West End Puget Sound.

This festival has been an important event in Tacoma and the Puyallup Valley for 86 years and we hope it continues for many more.  The four cities Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner and Orting will feature the annual Daffodil Parade on Saturday, April 6
